Pay Paki peanuts, or well, and either way you are going to have a hard time finding in a programmer/designer...

1. CONSISTENT work ethic.
2. CONSISTENT caliber or work.
3. Creativity.
4. No programmer/designer classics. Starting with granny died three times in a month. Internet down, etc.
5. Commitment to the client. Both current project, and repeat business focus.

I'm broken hearted to say this (a whole other story), but I need a good designer too.

Hit me up if you fit the following requirements -

- You must be able to do mainstream and adult.
- You must be able to do CSS and design sites for SEO, keep ease of navigation and that ever elusive "cool factor" in mind.
- You must be reliable, ambitious, intelligent, capable and be able to design by descriptions like "It should feel like this, flow like this and the site is being made to sell this with this in mind."
- You must be accessible by multiple types of communication (IM, email, phone, etc.)
- You must speak english fluently or natively
- You must be willing to work on salary with me on multiple projets at once and meet set deadlines
- You must use my dev server and keep it updated as you work

I know I'm asking a lot, but I know there's somebody out there that can do this and the girl I've had for the last over 6 years has disappeared. I'm sad to have to replace her.
