The sites i just looked at did not have a Phone option, is it something the indivirual WMs has to set up, or ???SPACash V2.0 has SMS billing for all paysites - it is called Micropayments

Micropayments should be available to certain countries, so if you visit their paysites from Spain for example(determined by IP), there will be Micropayment option for spanish cell phone providers - I think it works that way
