    Oscar night - and the wife and I will likely watch just to see the 'dead people' segment.

                                  I used to care mostly about the technical awards (Best VFX, etc) but they pushed those awards to a kids-table style awards show that is on some other night, and broadcast on TLC or Discovery or something like that.

                                  Regardless I will PVR it so I can skip through the dull moments. Looking forward to Chris Rock insulting some people.
