Will they go down a lot because of powerfailures again?
Last time being with alphadead cost me a lot of bucks, frustration and a shitload of emails without even 1 decent response from someone actually knowing wtf they where talking about.

But spam some forums, thats priority number 1.

You're right, it is a rant. "Spamming" forums is our last priority. I don't consider it spam when i'm personally answering all questions and handling orders myself. I've returned to alphared at a great time in the company's history.

If you ask us nicely about our infrastructure and current situation we'd be more than happy to explain and go over everything with you.

The power failures were in the original Houston data center.

We are no longer utilizing that facility. All servers are now hosted in DC2 at Fannin, and Colo4Dallas. The power issues are non existent now.

If you are interested in a server feel free to IM or email me. Thanks for your interest.

Alpha Red is cheap because the uptime sucks. You are much better off getting a server with a decent company and not losing $$ when your sites keep going down

Last month I send an email for sale questions to alphared, I was seriously consider signing up but then I never got a response. Thank god I didn't sign up with them after hearing some complaints here.

No company has a perfect record. I'm working diligently to enforce great support and customer service.

You probably aren't educated on our new facilities either, and you focus only on the negative. It's too bad, because I'm willing to give free test servers to both of you.

If you sent in an email and didn't get a response, why not try calling and informing sales? It's very likely the email was never received. We NEVER ignore a sales inquiry. Feel free to IM me if you want to rant/yell, because there's no point in posting your drama publicly.

It was a terribly unprofessional post and had no purpose. He speaks as though his opinion encompasses everyone on GFY, which simply isn't true. I'm offering free test servers here. Once again you only point out the negative. No one is perfect but we're willing to put our rep on the line in order to gain trust.

I'm sorry if you read it that way. I truly apologize if that's how you feel. I simply want to help our company grow and rebuild its reputation. I appreciate the criticism, positive or negative.

I'm taking time out of my day to post here cause I dont want to see another batch of webmasters get lured in by deals too good to be true and have it fuck up their sites. Even after I stopped hosting with AR (didn't last long), I still had plenty of trade partners that had sites periodically down causing plenty of problems.

I dont hate alpha red, but you guys do wonderful things like hiding behind your SLA for everything (hardware fails, but hey the network still up so you dont get any money back) WHILE you make new threads trying to lure more webmasters in. Just fucked up biz practices IMO

While I understand the frustration you've experienced, I've been back making changes for one week. If you have a current issue with ALPHARED, please contact me to resolve it immediately. Things are changing for the better now that I am back. Anyone who hosted with us in the past and was managed by me will vouch for the positive influence I have on the company and service quality. I am not simply "spamming" forums for new business, I am also extending my personal knowledge to make things right and improve quality of service. These value series servers are hardly an attempt to "lure" people in. It is more of an invitation to acquire a low priced server and experience our new customer service.

I truly appreciate your criticism and honesty. I will be available 7 days a week to handle any past complaints or new orders. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions or just want to talk about the hosting business.
