yes.... the image has a copyright which you do not hold nor have license to, which means in addition to not being able to use it, you also do not have permission to alter it and use it. Read up on what copyright means and what it covers. What you have done there is wrong.
And yes, ripping a cam from Sony's website to use on a movie site design is also wrong.

There are several online "royalty free" libraries with pictures that designers can use for their designs. No need to shop around for pictures on corporate websites.
