Anyway I'm looking for some tips, on content the template, also ad management placement?

Right now Im using adbrite the sites been up for 4 days I have 12000 Impressions, but only 2 clicks, and 71 cents profit -_-

I like the niche, but is your main goal to sell erotic products or to make money from sponsors and ads?

You must choose and I think you should go for the erotic gifts and dump the sex banners and focus on the gifts. Just my 2cents..
