    -------------------------------------------

    For the record,
The cancellation request was sent from the email address of the original subscription.
First and last name were also included.
The subscriber was canceling the NEXT bill, not the present bill.
Why bother even trying to follow through.
I think that the next email will be to VISA and it will say....

I do not recognize this charge. Please remove.

Should be a link right on the site to cancel. Canceling shouldn't be done via email unless there is an issue with the cancel link not working correctly.

This industry could learn much about how to treat "members" from myfico.com. Go ahead and sign up for their free trial.

                      Vonage is a beast.

I thought the "rep" was going to finally offer me her first born child in exchange for my continued business.

I actually wasn't joking about myFico. I signed up for the free 30 day trial (bills at 89.xx annually or something) and got an email that I was about to billed if I didn't cancel my trial in the next seven days. There was an link in that email to cancel.

I was actually impressed. They still mail me with offers, but I haven't opted out.
