Anyone else experience this Stats Remote issue?

Yes, I know they have a forum.

When you click the desktop or programs menu icon to launch the program, nothing at all happens.

I mean, nothing. I have all of the things installed that support the software too, i.e. VMJ and blah blah. All that.

I've searched their forum to no avail and thought people here might know something since theres tons of people here who use it.

    Thanks

    A

It happens every once in awhile. I usually kill StatsRemote in my "Windows Task Manager" and restart.

It may also be your Internet Explorer causing problems. Check your add-ons under "Program" in your Internet properties. If you see anything that doesn't belong there just disable it.

never really seen this happen with any other program on my desktop. i went into the task manager and its not even running. strange. i also disabled my avg program kapersky labs because i thought it may be blocking it.

not sure whats goin on, i'll put something in their error forum, but figured the answer might appear here faster. thanks Sen.

I've never seen this happen... have you tried to reinstall it? Just make a copy of your backup files and then reinstall it... see if that helps.
