Yes, they are one company that will vigorously defend their name. Every couple of months they scan for domains using their name and take legal action to gain control of the domain. I learned this the hard way back in 99 when one of my domains with the word "Yahoo" simply disappeared from my registrars account one day. A whois check revealed that Yahoo now owned the domain, the same will happen to this clown.
