yeah...cut the person off...yeah the money might be nice, but keep in mind what kind of people you are dealing with. the couple of hundred bucks is not worth what you are connected to. Report them as well.

As for dealing with them... Someone said refund. Do you mean cancelling the membership and giving the guy his money back? I believe that would also mean the referrer didn't get paid, but I am not sure.

I am planning to cut them off, or even have CCBill kill their account (rather than just removing them from my CCBill program). The question is, should I be nice and tell them?

Update: Their host appears to be in the USA.

Since I am not sure about removing someone altogether, I have set their % to 0 as a temporary measure. I have also emailed their hosts; both of their domains are hosted by US companies. Finally, I have contacted CCBill who manages my affiliate program.

Hopefully, I can inconvenience these people as much as possible, and not have any further connections with them.

I would totally refund the money to the surfer and report the guy to the FBI. That signup although a nice one is tainted imo.

I am currently leaning towards hitting the refund button, effectively erasing the transaction. However, I don't want to jump the gun, so I am going to wait to see what CCBill suggests. I sure would like an extra $90, but it isn't worth *that* much to me. Gives me the willies.

So, while I wait to hear from CCBill to determine what I should do about their account in my program, and the sales they have sent, I will do what I can to make their lives tough.

It think it was basically a kiddie TGP, but I didn't exactly hang around long. I did not see any hardcore content, but naked teens (not "teens") is just wrong. Some of them *might* have been made-up 18 year olds, but I doubt it. The only title the site had was "Lolita" and that pretty much sums it up. Creepy, creepy stuff.

I did a whois, and the two domains I know of are on different hosts. However, both are in the US. (Why the hell have a dutch company to sell kiddie porn, and then host in the USA?) I have emailed both hosts, congratulating them on hosting child porn. That should give these KP peddlers some trouble.

Contacting CCBill may help too. I doubt they use them as a merchant, but if they are in other affiliate programs through CCBill, they can be removed from them all in one swell foop. Hopefully, we can make it harder and harder for people like this to make money, and they will die out. (I know, dream on...)

whether it is or isn't, it is none of my business. but let me say this:

cp sites don't normally operate like that. they operate in "rings". whenever there is a mid to large size bust, it is always a "child porn ring". they are like some kind of sick enthusiasts - pedophiles usually trading pics with each other and are high on security. fbi/interpol/scotland yard, whatever, spend months working on these things because they're not exactly easy to break. they are usually set up like a small terrorist network - groups of people - if one group goes down, the others remain intact. these people don't just sign up to an affiliate program to send traffic from their sites. they don't even have sites because they want to remain anonymous. they don't submit that shit to tgps. so i very much doubt you're dealing with a hardcore pedophile. from what i've read in the past, they NEVER operate like that. do a search on google for past cases/arrests.


then there are those underage lolita sites which usually call themselves "art" and the non-nude teen model sites, which are commercial.

i'd guess that you are probably dealing with one of those underage (nude or non nude) model sites. mainly because you say it "looks like cp". and because those pedophile groups that deal with the blatant child abuse/rape shit, would never set up a website and send traffic to an affiliate program.

HOWEVER - everyone knows how moral you can be. maybe you'd consider it cp because they don't LOOK 18,19,20 or older........ tawnee stone doesn't look 18, if you see what i mean.

are you SURE it is underage? if it is underage then by all means, you should cancel it, report it, do what you have to do.

but you should tread carefully 'cause you MAY be in the wrong or have stumbled upon one of those fake-ish "lolita" tgps like tinyteentgp.com. some of the models look young, but are all over 18.

In my line of work, we draw a line between "certain" (100% definite) or deduction and "uncertain" (99.9999% definite) or inference. I have to admit, I am only 99.9999% certain that this is kiddie porn, since I have no incontrovertable truth, only the evidence of what the pictures look like.

I am confident that this is not an art site with underage girls. (Which, by the way, is still creepy if they are trying to be sexy in the pictures!) Further, I am confident that these girls are not Tawnee's age and youthful looking. They are *young*. Too young.

i don't want to see the link - however, the chances are, if it isn't one of those twisted "underage lolita" model sites, then the images are of youngish looking girls that are actually legal - especially if it is one of those tgps that link to galleries by using thumbnails.

if you're not 100% sure then you SHOULD make sure that you get the facts straight before you take away someone's income - afterall, you may have gotten it wrong. the best thing to do would be to ask to see licenses. if it is a tgp that is linking to galleries using their thumbnails, then it sucks 'cause you'd need to ask the gallery makers for licenses. at least contact the guys and ask them what is going on. i know i wouldn't mind showing a sponsor my licenses, if they asked to see it. at least if they don't show licenses - then they could let you know where they bought the content from. that'd be assurance at least that the models are over 18. otherwise the content may be stolen in which case they deserve to be fucked.

not making sure of the facts before acting on something would make you no better than A-PIC. make sure... then take the appropriate action...

I am 99.9999% sure those girls are underage. That's pretty much good enough for me to not want to work with someone. However, even if I am wrong... Who cares? I haven't yet refunded, or contacted the affiliate. I am waiting, in case CCBill has a procedure they like to use in these cases. They have more experience than I do, after all, and even more of a reason to hate KP sites. (Imagine if they lost their ability to use MasterCard...) However, if they don't present me with anything on Monday, I plan to click "Refund" and wipe my hands.

Can anyone recommend any good authorities to contact? The company appears to be in the Netherlands, but they host in California and Maryland.

If it gives you the willies, that should be enough to push that refund button... you COULD end up being raided yourself if you stay affiliated with them and they are breaking the law... and loose all of your gear in the process.

Customs works on the out of country things, but I don't know the exact page or email adderss to give you.

Kill the webmasters account.

E-mail the webmaster and tell him that the models on his site look to be under 18 and you do not work with sites that could be illegal or have anything to do with child porn.

Don't refund the members as that will just piss them off. If he sent them they are yours the people wanted goth.

Do check the transactions and see if one of the signups was from him though. If so refund that transaction.
