1) depends what you are looking for, the best thing i can advice when using a traffic broker is testing and analysing your stats to see how long the traffic stays on your site and buy from domain, not by geo or niche : Trafficholder

I also think about buying traffic....
I run a PR2 (sometimes PR3) site and I'm a really bloody newb when it comes to traffic

I also run a clips4sale-store and I could really need MUCH more traffic here
