    User interface / User Experience people... show me your stuff.

    Looking for somebody who is an expert in user interface design and user experience. Must have solid experience. 8-12 month contract to start out with. Would also be responsible for user group usability testing, and and and. Non-adult.

              Thanks for the bump. You are right indeed, UX work is largely neglected. I suppose adult sites have other ways to make user navigate... and impact user experience (ya know). When it comes to functional interface design though (e.g. webmail interfaces, back-end administration interfaces, profile's and edit... ), its back to the basics ;)
