There are no rules. My friend had a stroke when he was 16. He's totally fine now, but they still don't know what caused it.

Looks like she had a recent fall on set that injured her neck that may have resulted in a carotid arterial tear which caused a clot that led to the stroke... Autopsie probably necessary. Someone is getting sued if it is.

A stroke is any event from the neck up that impedes blood flow to the brain. This could be from a clot, aneurysm, injury...While more rare, it happens to young people as well as old.
