As far as I know, while there's nothing illegal about myspace spam, it's definitely against the TOS and myspace has fought these guys in court and have been awarded big damages.

I'm not wanting drama my friend. I'm wanting this person to lose his account. I've never been to loaded cash, but felt this may be the best way to have this account dealt with. Often e mails and icqs go ignored but a post on GFY will get answered quickly.

It has been shut down. We do not accept myspace traffic. As far as not being able to reach someone about this that is not true. There are at least two reps online now, icqs listed on the site. Email works as well.

Most of the spam in chat rooms or messengers I get are for Loaded Cash too. I used to post them here, but no one really cared.

I never claimed I couldn't get in touch with you guys, nor did I try. Read my comment again, just simply said posting it on GFY bc. I felt it would be easier.

I'd only report myspace spam to a sponsor if the affilate was using hacked/phished accounts, or didnt set the profile to 18+.

Other then that, EVERYTHING in the world gets spammed on myspace - considering its owned by Fox News i'm not going to do any volunteer work for a multi-billion dollar company.
