Just a heads up, their tos state any bullshit that may arise will be settled in their city, Seattle. So if they get a letter from Czech lawyer they might respond broke tos (maybe you logged into account with phone and desktop?) And just tell your lawyer to get fucked.
A "power house" in the states is likely much more effective. The first strong arm letter from Paul and paul would cost around $250 and your hope is domain tools folds. Just need to give them a number of what that data is worth and they would prepare something good.
They will also demand the tos violation and if it was a mistake on their end they would be flipping a big bill over it. Shit like that.
But that's just my opinion. Good luck.
