No doubt. The sad thing is, these are not just isolated incidents anymore.
Fentanyl and Flakka is becoming more common than not, especially if you don't know where the weed is coming from. With Flakka, there is no chemical smell and no way to tell if it its laced without smoking it, or if you are not around someone else who has been using the same stuff to observe their behavior.
Where I live, Flakka laced weed is everywhere. I actually know a couple people who have been affected by it, and they were not trailer or low-income. One ended up in the hospital and said he felt like he was going to die for at least 2 weeks. Both are still fucked up and are having to take anti-anxiety and anit-convulsion meds just to function.HelloComment

the only reason i could see anyone doing this is if the weed is crap from mexico or something. why would someone put something in it that costs money and then charge the going rate for weed? hope that shit never starts happening up here but you still never know what is done during growing,etc.you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..Comment

That was EXACTLY what i thought, and you are right. There is no need to lace good weed, and anyone who sells good weed isn't going to do that. That would make no sense, especially when the chain of distribution consists of people who have developed some sort of trust.
However, there are motherfuckers out there who are taking shit weed that they would not be able to charge much for, and they are lacing it with flakka (cathinone, which is pretty much bath salts) and PRESTO!! Now they raise the price, its addicting, and since the cathinone is legal (ordered and shipped in from China) and DIRT FUCKING CHEAP, they are making massive profits from very low overhead.HelloComment
