                                      While it'd certainly be easy for any service man to install such a software on a mac, she'd have to be fuckin retarded to not see the BRIGHT green light that's beside the cam go on when it's recording ( impossible to disable as far as I know )

                                                          Charged with "Modifying Computer Data"?

                                                          I love these blanket charges that can be pinned on pretty much any person that has used a computer.

                                                          I'm not saying this person shouldn't be charged. But with corporate run prisons looking to increase profits, we need to be careful with what is technically considered 'illegal'. Then perhaps take this power out of private hands.
