Fat people are fat because they don't care what they eat and eat when they are not hungry.
When people eat shit like Nutella with trans-fats, no salad can help them.
Or if someone drink 2L of coke a day, he had almost all recommended daily calories just in that.
I'm not in best shape in the world, I don't have much time or will (often came home exhausted) to excercise (yeah I'm bit lazy too).
But when I feel like getting fat, all I have to do is cut all soft drinks with sugar, chocolates, lower amont of bread & butter.
I don't cut fats, I just cut sugar.
Eating fat food isn't a problem as you will feel saturated for a while while eating food with tons of sugar will make you hungry soon and you will eat more & more.
And unused sugars turns into fats anyway, so fat food is better.
