That's our Mexican pizza. House-made salsa base, cheddar/mozzarella mix, jalapeņos, seasoned beef or chicken, baked, then topped with nacho cheese, sour cream and fresh cilantro. It was a special of the month, brought back a couple times because it's popular and now on the permanent menu at our third store.
Working on a Caesar salad/marinated grilled chicken pie for the January special. Probably add some slow-roasted tomatoes for color.
