        Easiest day of the year to work, for cops. Even the criminals are quiet.

        Sucks to be away from family, but double time and a $750 holiday pay bonus make it easier to swallow. We had do deal with it this year. The kids were up and opening presents before she left and she was home before we even started getting ready for dinner.
