Exactly. Depending on where you look, the majority of statistics say between 20-40% of traffic comes from mobile devices these days. A mobile site option should definitely be part of the default package.
Also, all the add-ons are charged monthly! I can understand a one time fee, since the CMS is already a monthly cost, but paying monthly for add-ons is ridiculous in my opinion.
