"Happy holidays" out, "Merry Christmas" in!

I like 'Happy Xmas' - I don't like 'Holidays' as it is a special day in its own right and deserves more than 'Holidays' - Like wise I dont like 'Christmas' because of the 'Christ' reference. So to me, 'Xmas' is a nice middle ground. We all know what we are talking about but the religious aspect is further removed than the father xmas / presents / Xmas tree side of things

They say happy holidays to not "offend" those who are not celebrating it. Political correctness.
Although Trump does not get my respect there since he used that term himself, so not cool.
