    Is good business idea or extortion?

    I find small tube sites with full scenes all the time. Can I contact and tell them I will not report them to content owners if they pay me? Is legal in Mexico?

                              A better idea is to email them a fake digital copyright notice https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digi..._Copyright_Act

                              Informing them due to copyright complaints on their tube site they must pay xx.xx in bitcoin within 24 hours.
                              Bitcoin is split and returned to its rightful copyright owners.
