Well, no one is going to bother to do it. You think they are going to have the police checking in the park for licenses?

Where I live you are supposed to register your dog but no one bothers to do that either.

Police have never stopped me to check.

Makes sense I suppose. I mean I never registered my car, so when the police cameras see my reg plate, it doesn't come up as not having road tax or insurance - Likewise it doesn't flag the driver (me) doesn't have a driving license either.

They simply dont 'see' the car at all
