I have to appoint a guardian to Eva to open a letter to her stating I'm calling a general meeting of shareholders to appoint me as "Jednatel" means executor, then get the minutes to a lawyer to write it up, notary to authorize it and then to the courts. The biggest problem was finding someone who actually knew what to do. We heard many versions from getting a note from the doctor to what we are doing today.
