                  6'1" 165... my dad is mid 50's and only 5lbs heavier than me.

                  To get bigger I have to eat like 10k calories a day, which just makes me shit my brains out really.

                                                  its got to be the food/lifestyle. i noticed it a lot more moving back to central PA from Cali. Im not saying im a skinny boy by any means, but the food that a lot of these places offer is nuts!

                                                  there are a lot more chain places around here than anything else so no matter what you order is basically loaded with fat and carbs
