I've never heard of them. Most hearing aids would contain electronics likely to get damaged in "dog activity" anyway.

It might also depend on why the dog is deaf, e.g. it could be a neurological deafness rather than a bone condition causing the deafness. If neurological, a hearing aid can't help.
