                        Not a fan of James Deen's work as he seems very overrated and doesn't fit the mold of a prototypical male talent in terms of physique, he's more like the geeky skinny guy getting the girl.

Being that it's a pure 'he said,she said' case, they were in a relationship and no longer are and the alleged rape occurred during an act of some flavor of BDSM would a District Attorney even prosecute it? I doubt it.

                                                                                                                                                                No, because it was reasonable for her to believe that you would approve given the mutual consented sexual activity already occurring, and she presumably did not continue once you put her on notice to stop. If she continued to penetrate you after you gave her notice to stop, then yes that is digital rape.
