Not when you understand that in 2013, we provided money, weapons and training to the free syrian army, when we had intelligence reports from the pentagon that suggested the strong likelihood that they would end up in the hands of rebel groups (ISIS).
And not when we continue to do so, despite knowing this very fact.

Please, watch the entire video before you comment. Now if you did watch it, then perhaps your comprehension isn't all there.
He asserted, and rightfully so, that the success of ISIS and their dramatic rise to power would not have been possible had it not been for the resources that the US gave to the FSA, while knowing the huge potential that said resources would end up in the hands of rebel groups like ISIS.
If you think the US has had nothing to do with the empowerment of ISIS, you're 100% wrong.Comment

Where does he state that the USA created ISIS? (And by the way, I wouldn't put it past them.).
In that video he says due to the power vaccuum that the US created by the Iraq war, rebel groups started forming, one of which was ISIS in 2006. He never said "The US created ISIS in 2006."Comment
