It's a micro niche, so unless you're into or knowledgeable about the lifestyle you'll probably be piss poor at promoting it. The guys who like it generally either cross dress themselves or want to fuck the CDs. Sites like the shemales that turn guys into sissies somewhat cross over. But mostly tranny traffic doesn't want to see guys in makeup, they want chicks with dicks, or real transsexual models.

my guess would be great convertions and low volumes. Promote any tight niche like crossdressing, face sitting, panty sniffing etc and you'll see 1:200 easily but it'd be quite difficult to generate huge traffic

yup
microniches like that are usually done more for the passion of the niche then a ton of profit. It's not that there isn't any money in it, it just takes a little more work and ingenuity. You'd have to really hit followup markets hard like DVD sales, clips4sale type sites, etc.
