                          The new admin and design is insnely stupid.

                          This web2.0 bs design is not useful at all, huge amounts of whitespace, cannot view how many domains you have (you have to contact live support to find out this basic info).

                          Customers are completely ignored, it would be so easy to fix that admin. Why they do not beta test is beyond me.

                              Loads fine now, anyway I moved most of my domains to Namesilo and Name.com Their new admin panel sucks and pricing isn't anything great too.

                                      Neamheap have fucked up the interface. Takes forever to change DNS, MX and SPF records when moving customers to different servers.

                                      Namesilo have a better interface + they give an aditional free year when moving over

                                      On top of that, they have a secure API that lets me make (selected) changes from our own interface (customer selfservice portal)
