    San Francisco Is going to get sued big time!

    They have a policy of being a sanctuary for illegal aliens that have commited crimes. They do not (or did not) turn illegals over to imigration for deportation. Now, Edwin Ramos, who has been arrested before and not turned over to immigration, murdered three people. He should have been deported years ago. If he had been previously deported the 3 people would not have been murdered. I'm sure they will try to settle this out of court but it is going to be a huge bill to pay!

    Illegal aliens have more rights in the US than citizens do.

              Yes I saw a pretty long piece on this on one of the news shows like 20/20 or 60 minutes or something.

                  There are a bunch of cities around the country that have laws in place that will not allow local authorities to turn illegal aliens over to the feds even if they commit a crime. It's pretty fucked up if you ask me.

                                          sf has a policy of not contacting imigration when they arrest people , just like they don't check your immigration status when you get arrested, they felt it would be racist to check immigration status of people just because they are "brown", ( dont ask me why they dont just check everyones immigration status )


                                          the issue in the case above was the guy arrested for the 3 murders had also been arrested as a juvenile and not deported because juvenile courts also use the same discretion of not contactin INS, i think the mayor or whatever reversed the JUVENILE system but not the regular system.

                                          i could be all wrong but i read a bit about this issue before and thats what i got out of it.
