yes, because it's not hard to find keyword.newtld available and keywordnewtld.com taken, undeveloped and for sale for $5k+...

also there are new generations of internet users to who just don't see old overpriced .coms more valuable than new .tlds.

I think that also the domain name has become less of a ranking factor lately thus leaving less importance to paying for premium domains.

Had so many offers and flakers for the domain BigCams and MidgetCams (both .com) it's tiring. Some domains sell easier than others but with so many flakers it's such a waste of time

Adult domains are tough to sell. Numeric domains are the trend now. I guess if you get something someone wants it will sell. But buying bbwfreepornelitetubes and trying to resell it won't happen.

if you can remember, do so because i doubt much will have changed. people expect rapid change that never happens. apps have been the demise of websites for a number of years now but millions of dollars in domains sell weekly and hundreds of thousands of websites pop up weekly.

You can still make money from adult domains. I still sell them on a regular basis. Then again, I probably have one of the larger portfolios of adult domains so the ratio of sales I do is because of the volume of domains in my portfolio so there is more to choose from if someone is looking to buy an adult domain
