Technically not yet, it takes some number of days at some certain dewpoint, but dont you dare tell me you got rain down there -- all I've got is freaking leaves and shit blowing everywhere. -
The dew point has to be above 55 for 3 consecutive days technically for the monsoon season to start..
yesterday was day 3 (as reported by the news)
