Yes, it is a banned category. Studios were testing the limits, But credit card processors and banks made the VOD companies take incest off the table. Probably the same case with tubes.
I think step-siblings is okay. Many porn videos say that in their dialogue.
Some smaller studios are still doing it. The incest fans are really weird. They loose their shit when somebody says "step" and they complain. No ability on their part to use their imagination.
As somebody else said, People like to steal incest videos. You will want to keep your eye on the reddit sub incestporn. hornbunny, fooktube, milfzr, motherless, and incestflix will steal your video if it is any good at all. And I will steal from them.
