    Requirements of DMCA for Embedded videos?

    Hey.

    I'm currently working on a website where i curate porn videos from several porn tubes. What are the requirements for DMCA record keeping? Guess I should keep a link to the original video I embed and that might be enough?

      If you pull embedded videos from big tube sites, then you will be partnered with them. The same DMCA will be required for both.

              I mean you need to put a DMCA request/flag button like big tube sites and when the dmca request appeared you have to delete the specific content.

              Most of biggest sites doing the same method.

              But for tube sites; Most of their videos are teasers/short tail videos so the DMCA not much important..

                  OK, thanks! I'll add a complaint button/system then but no need for documentation about all actresses/actors appearing in the videos I hope?

                      You need 2257 USC for all the models, videos, etc..

                          How am I supposed to get that? So it's basically impossible to legally creating a tube/porn site for most people? Or is there a way to do this anyway anyone?

                              If these videos do not violate any copyrights then you can embed them. You have to be careful, but in the worst scenario the content owner will ask you/fill the notice to remove the content.

                                  But if he embed videos and its violate copyright then the source will remove the content before him. So , the embedded video is will be removed by source (big tube).

                                  But in most cases 2257 USC is required for all videos.
                                  Some Affiliate /Paysites provides short teasers for embedding and there is no copyright problem for those kind.
