i wonder if its even possible for a person who is well suited for the job to actually get it. the entire process centers around acquiring money & fame for a 2 year period, which is a skill set completely unrelated to doing the job. so, short of being a billionaire, how do you not whore yourself out to the wealthy to have any shot? a true grassroots campaign is not possible. you need friends in the media & a dayjob that gives you daily free press. bloomberg is the only billionaire i can think of who is not nuts & has a good record running a government.Comment

So the press never did this, get the facts. They just print the hype.Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
