I've had a PayPal account for over 15 years, and use it to process a bunch of reoccurring monthly payments. Last week I bought a some electronics on eBay for Christmas. I had to link my PayPal account in order to do a buy it now. I just got an email saying until I reach an acceptable reputation on eBay,
they are holding my money for 21 days.
I've processed thousands of dollars through them for over a decade and a half, and now this bullshit. Does anyone know if this hold can be removed? I have deposits going in on the 15th, and would rather not wait 21 days to access them.
