nevertheless, to rephrase my post, i'm stating that in examining the fact that religion is a historical fact, when studying it you can see that it has helped billions of people. that doesn't denigrate non-religious help or the USA military. it's disengenous to exclaim religion IS a hate monger trauning ground when looking at the history of religion. just like it would be disengenous to claim religion does nothing but good.

An easy example that can be pointed to about the US military helping people, is the Army Core of Engineers.
They have built countless roads, dams bridges around the world that have helped millons. It doesn't matter if someone hates the US, they still can't refute that basic fact.
Ask them if Russia, the Chinese or any other military can come close to what the Army Core of Engineers has done and it will be a big fat no.
