I never understand when neighbors open up mail. Especially kids. I check every piece of mail that comes, especially if it's a package. If their kids just "opened it without looking" how would they know it was theirs and not their parents? They probably just wanted to see what it was.

I had horrified parents knocking on my door to hand it over to the rightful owner. I think they are scared i might wear it in the neighborhood
