    Carson is beating Trump now?

    I understand the election is a year away but.... Trump is now being beat by Carson? A doctor who always looks like he is stoned and or sleeping is now the Republican front runner?

    I though Trump was bad enough, but is Carson really going to be a viable choice?

          You are looking at one of the major rifts in the Republican party. On one side it's the Relgious right on the other side it's all the I hate the govt far far right clowns.

          Mixed up in the middle of all that is the typical rhinos or the more moderates.
          In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.

              It seems the religious right has chosen Carson as their candidate of choice. He is beating Trump in the polls on the national level and in Iowa, but Trump is still destroying him in S. Carolina, Florida and New Hampshire.

                                                                          Here is my take on the race, keeping in mind we are still a year out.... I think both sides don't have anything resembling a real candidate. The Republican side is a mess, with the two front runners have zero experience and will be destroyed in a real debate about the issues. On the Democratic side the only person who seems to be running is Hillary, and it's pretty clear that the moment Bill left the White House they intentionally put her on the track to retake the White House.

                                                                                      Seems that the only polls showing Trump behind are NBC and Wall Street Journal.
                                                                                      It was reported that those polls only used 400 people.

                                                                                      Every other poll has trump ahead of Carson nationwide about 31% to 21%

                                                                                      Who really knows? These days it's getting harder to believe almost anything you hear.

                                                                                          just incredible.

                                                                                          that being said, i thought it was slightly impressive the amount of balls it must take to pitch a medical product during a republican debate

                                                                                                                              It was created by Congress to STOP the deficit from growing by creating a Debt Ceiling that had to be adhered to.

                                                                                                                              Instead...they simply keep raising it EVERY time. They have never followed it as it was intended. And if any politician actually grows a set of balls and tries to NOT raise the debt ceiling, they are immediately trashed as not being "grown up" and trying to "shut down the govt." (although the govt. has never "really" shut down and never will).

                                                                                                                                                                  Trump has thousands of immigrants working for him. And not at "shit jobs" either.

Especially since the vast majority of people in the U.S. ARE originally from immigrant families.
