get the black berry enterprise server best thing ever makes your phone dispensable. all you have to do is resync it to the enterprise server and your got your phone exactly how it was when u lost / broke it.Comment

Mine went wacky on me, I took it into Cingular, they removed and put back the SIM card and all was right with the world (whew). It's happened again since that time and I removed the card and replaced it.
The lack of power though - that's a whole different ballgame

Mine died on me the day before my grandfather's funeral... needless to say when I really really needed it...
T-Mobile replaced the unit for me on the spot, and made sure all my contacts and messages were transferred from unit to unit and I was ready to make and receive calls on the spot... couldn't have appreciated it more.
