the surfer only has to enter a email and confirm on the $2 payout stuff I have seen.....thats hardly enough information to bill someone since they dont get credit card information or anything like that

Wegcash has always had an optional ccform on their join4free pages... If the user puts in their info, in addition to the $1 per email or whatever you would get a $15 bonus on the sale.

I just checked their new tube4free setup though, and it is pretty damn aggressive... I can't tell whether or not they are paying on those upgrades either. Reminds me of what they've done with Consumption Junction

theres nothing optional on this one -> http://www.teentube4free.com can't go anywhere without "confirming" your age with credit card, so I doubt they pay anything but cool $2 to webmaster for $40 join.
