try localbitcoins, lets you sell btc and recieve in many forms of payment, like payza, moneybookers, wire, western union, pretty much any payment service that allows it, even email money transfer (canada only)

I can only imagine what would happen if Satoshi started cashing out his untouched stash, which would be worth millions, tens of millions? As well as the market crashing due to slippage, it would probably be a serious hit to the credibility of the currency. It's kinda scary that one person/entity has the ability to do that.
