If you're in the risk group then you should probably just get the shot, otherwise no need unless you want to be safe... A flu jab isn't going to kill you, I've heard people say they got a little ill after getting one (never happened to me) tho. I sometimes get one I sometimes don't, honestly depends if I remember to make an appointment lol.
