I am surprised about your food market lighting knowledge. If you want I can tell all about the lighting requirements of organic hardware stores here in Finland. There has to be enough light, but just enough so that it is still environmental friendly (I guess that in Russia it isn't that important, the environment part). I am quite expert in organic hardware too; I have diplomas from both the Organic Hardware Institution of Helsinki and from the Great Putinized Organic Hardware School of Saint Petersburg. Not that I would like to brag about it.
