I spent weeks working on your backend site and when you decided I wasn't working fast enough for you (and for a percentage, I never did get paid a penny from you), you found someone who was willing to do a design for you for free...so you dumped me and all the work I did for you. We had a deal, I signed and sent out the contract and you welched on the deal. Your "partner" Dennis was as slow as molasses when it came to getting anything done, and ultimately I think he is the one who ruined any potential agreement.
I could have and should have billed you for my services, but just washed my hands of the deal and walked away.
I would advise anyone to be wary of putting any time and energy into working with Tracy without getting some sort of payment upfront.Comment

Are you saying I ripped you off? How so? I did work for you (almost 2 full weeks) and not only did you not pay me, you backed out a deal I had already signed contracts for.
That arguement isn't going to get you anywhere. You were well aware of that and still wanted me to run your sites. I spent two weeks putting everything together and rebuilt from scratch your member's area for our new arrangement. I was willing to work with you running them for a very small percentage. There was really going to be no money in it for me, but I was interested in the potential draw of new affiliates I could get for my other sites from running yours within my program like we discussed.
You were nothing short of a nightmare to work with. Clueless and demanding aren't two traits the work well together.
Again, anyone considering taking on her sites while continuing to work with her has a screw loose. I see the person she conned into doing her free design work is no longer doing anything. Wonder why that is? I'm pretty sure I just summed it up.
If you decide to just by these from her outright, be sure you know what you're getting and what you're getting into. There's really not that much and she thinks it's worth a heck of a lot more than it really is. I mean come on, it's her face all over the sites and she's always in here trying to off-load them.
I don't care what you think of me, but I speak from the experience of working with Tracy. I'm not just some third party shit stirrer.Comment

I had offered to run her sites for 20%, and everyone here knows that that is basically NOTHING compared to the work involved. I was content knowing that I'd have some new exclusive sites in my portfolio that would draw in affiliates who might promote my other sites. She wanted new tours, and new member's areas. I agreed, signed the contracts and sent them her way. I spent two weeks building new member's areas and hired someone to do new tours. I hadn't heard from her in a few days and one morning work to a message that she'd found someone new and he did her a new tour overnight. She didn't care that I had put two weeks worth of work into her sites and our agreement.
Her partner or whatever he is, Dennis, took forever to get anything done to assist us in the move. I'm sure he was in a similar position as he had been doing all the work for her and she wasn't satisfied with the results, so she was moving on. I'd have probably told her and anyone new she was working with to go fuck themselves too! This seems to be how she thinks things can work.
If Tracy had any clue how this business works, she wouldn't be struggling or constantly trying to sell off her sites.Comment

I will also back up Czarina on her only wanting to give a few photos to work with on the design. I managed to get access to her member's area and it's because there's not really any good photo content to work with. There's just a few videos and some very shoddy screencaps.
When I asked for some photos so that the designer I hired could work on the tour, she sent me a zip file with maybe 5 photos that weren't much bigger than 300x300.
Seems like she's tried this scheme of hers on a number of people already.Comment

Funny, both member's areas are still up on my server Or at least they were yesterday before my CMS was upgraded. I haven't looked yet to see if they're still there. I wasn't working with Dennis. I was working with you. You didn't want to work with him anymore, that's why you came to me.
I did everything you asked and even went above and beyond. I PAID SOMEONE OUT OF MY POCKET TO DESIGN YOUR TOURS. Thankfully he worked with me so that I wasn't out the money when you bailed.
You knew all that drama stuff in advance, I laid it all out for you...showed you the threads and you still wanted to work with me because you liked me and my attitude. Don't lie and say otherwise now that you're trying to shine a good light on you.
What it amounts to is that you are still very clueless when it comes to this business. Sure, you know how to take your clothing of and fuck and suck for the camera. But you don't have any idea what is involved in doing what you were wanting me to do. Stick to being talent and leave the website stuff to those who know what they're doing. If you had, you wouldn't be selling your sites to pay your bills. You thought you'd be making money overnight and again that just screams "Clueless".
I predict that you'll be here this time next year trying to sell these sites. You think they're worth much more than they are. There's very little content. Very little in the way of memberbase (if any). And even if you did find someone to work with you, you're impossible to work with anyhow...so it won't matter.Comment

Tracy, you never followed thru on your end of the deal. I emailed and mail contracts to you. You failed to provide me with my copies, at that point I was working for you under the assumption that we had an agreement/contract. Until I knew for sure, I wasn't going to give you anything that you might be able to take and use. Seeing how things all played out, it's very likely that you'd have done just that and I'd have been screwed even more. You were demanding and expected the world and did NOTHING to keep your end of the bargain. If you were easy to work with, you'd still be working with Dennis, myself or the other guy you seem to be screwing over or have screwed over now.
Good luck with the sale. Like I said, you'll be back posting these again in a few months. Anyone who takes the time to talk to you will know what I'm saying is the truth.Comment
