                          Wasn't Golden Casino the one that was buying up all the ebay weird stuff for a while, or am I confused? Btw signing up now, thought I had an account already, but can't figure out what it was lol. Getting a new one just for our program. I lub swag. lol

                              Can you clarify the legal repercussions US based webmasters may face if promoting these casino products on websites hosted in the US.

                              At one point I was told that it is illegal in the US to advertise online casinos. Is this true?

                                          Yep Golden Palace have done some crazy shit - paying someone to tattoo their brand across their forehead was probably the craziest! They have done plenty of weird stuff on ebay too....buying the popes old car and then reselling it is one of the many!

                                          The truth is that no one has any idea, its a massive grey area. In theory its the processors who take the payments that are at risk, however its possible that someone promoting could be done for aiding an illegal activity.

                                          That said, to my knowledge no affiliate has got into serious bother by promoting casinos and we do have quite a few US promoters in our top 10.

                                          Im not going to say its legal or it isnt but all Ill say is others are doing it and its up to you if you follow suit ;)
