WOW!! The JOKER character IS Great!! PERFORMANCE OF A LIFETIME. Ironic he's dead.

Wow. Heath Ledger did a great job in the Joker. One that ranks up there for greatest performances of all time that you'll remember forever.

The whole movie was taken by Heath and revolved around the Joker. You wanted more. He was the joker. Not Heath playing the Joker. The Joker was real. Thats great acting. And it made you want more.

Wow. Really is a sad story. Up till now I could give a shit that the guy died in real life. But after seeing Heath in this movie it really opens your eyes as to what a great actor the guy was and it saddens you that you'll never see more. Some say the movie killed him. How much work he put into it to "BE" the Joker. Perhaps so. But its one of the better performances seen in a very long time.

Even if you arent a Batman or action movie fan, this movie is great just to see the Joker at work and the effort one man went through not to "act" but to become the joker.

    wow.

Apparently before filming he locked himself in a hotel room for more then one month and didn't want to see anybody. He really wanted to get into character.

I'll go see it this week.

but where was the joker gas?? I mean.. he was the joker kinda (tho the joker is more suave than Heath played him).. but seriously, throughout comics and everything, the Joker has ALWAYS used his joker gas to make people (especially groups of people) die laughing, it's his 'thing'.. that wasn't in this movie and that disappointed me. specially with PLENTY of opportunity for them to use it

What thrilled me was seeing the WATCHMEN teaser trailer before the show.. now THAT is gonna kill

Nothing would have taken me out of the movie more then "the joker's gas". Sorry. You can't have it all. Two Face's special effects looked great but it almost killed the whole beat/pacing of the movie for me.

My only complaint about the movie was the female in the movie.

She's not really fun to look at. Bad casting. Im sure she's a good actress, but are we really supposed to believe that these two powerful men who could have any girl were fighting over her???

                                Jesus..

It's like Poppye and Bluto fighting over Olive Oil...

                                Get over it!

The Joker was the only one in the right about her.
