I try to avoid those people and have built up a great network of amazing people who have traveled around the world and know that passive aggressive behavior is a personality disorder. However I live near Seattle and this area is ground zero for passive aggressive people. It is rare to see someone show aggression but that is changing with all the new people moving in.
I sometimes try to explain passive aggressive behavior to these Seattle twats from time to time and I always just get a blank stare. These "progressives" have absolutely no frame of reference because they are so ignorant.
Anyway I just had a conversation with probably one of the most passive aggressive people I have ever met. He said " I am a pacifist and my parents/family are pacifists, none of us has ever been in a fight". I thought that statement was outrageous because extremely passive aggressive people do way more damage than people who are openly aggressive. Where I grew up in the mid west if two guys had a problem with each other they would face off and if one did not back down they would get into a fist fight. Then they would walk away and the issue would usually be settled. Where I live now guys will smile at your face and then turn around and stab you in the back. They think this behavior is normal. Unreal. Then if you try to confront them about or just tell them to fuck off they they act like they are victims.
So how do you deal with passive aggressive people? I am talking about the extreme cases where you have a conversation with someone to try to confront issues like adults and they agree and you walk away and think everything is settled. Then a week later you find out that cunt is talking shit about you to clients or neighbors. Passive aggressive people ARE NOT pacifists in any way. These cunts are social terrorists.
